We are a referral service, not a roofer. We don't inspect roofs, install roofs, write estimates or handle insurance claims. The roofers we connect you with are independent businesses, and we don't supervise or guarantee their work. Missouri has no state roofer license, so we never describe roofers as holding a state license.

Cost figures on this site come from published sources that are named with their year. They are estimates for comparison only, and your actual price depends on your roof and the roofer you choose. The cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz give rough guidance from the answers you enter and can't see your roof.

Our summaries of Missouri law and local permit rules are written in plain language and may leave out details or fall behind later changes. Check the official source, your city or St. Louis County, or a qualified professional before relying on them. Coverage questions can go to the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance at (800) 726-7390.

Storm details on this site come from National Weather Service reports. A storm passing through an area doesn't mean any particular roof was damaged.
