When you ask for an inspection or estimate, we pass your request to one independent local roofer serving your area. That roofer pays us for the referral. Roofers are the only source of our income from these requests.

Homeowners never pay us anything. You also never receive anything of value from us or from a roofer for using the site: no gift cards, rebates, credits, discounts or "referral rewards." Missouri law (RSMo 407.725) bars roofers from giving those things to anyone associated with a property, and we follow that rule.

We are not a roofing contractor and do no roofing work. We don't inspect roofs, set prices or guarantee any roofer's work. We don't represent homeowners or negotiate insurance claims, and no roofer may do that for you either. A roofer's part is limited to recording and pricing damage. Settling the claim is up to you and your insurer, and only a licensed public adjuster may step in to represent you.

Missouri doesn't license roofers, so a referral from us is not an endorsement or a guarantee. Before you sign, check the roofer's proof of liability insurance, local address, references and written, itemized contract, along with who will pull any permit. In Arnold, MO or Crestwood, MO, also ask for the city license.
